1. About these terms
These terms form the agreement between you and TravelDoc ("we", "us", "our"), a private travel documentation assistance service. By using our website, submitting an application through us, or paying our fees, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the service.
2. What our service is
TravelDoc helps travellers prepare, review and lodge Australian travel documents such as electronic visas, ETAs, incoming passenger cards and digital travel cards. We do not decide the outcome of any application. Decisions on all official travel authorisations rest solely with the Australian Government and its agencies.
3. Non-affiliation
TravelDoc is a private company. We are not the Australian Government, the Department of Home Affairs, the Australian Border Force or any related public authority, and we are not endorsed by, affiliated with, or acting on behalf of any of them. You may apply directly through official channels, sometimes at a lower fee or free of charge.
4. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate, complete and current information, including personal details, passport data and travel plans. You confirm that any document you upload belongs to the person you are applying for or that you are authorised to submit it on their behalf.
5. Fees and payment
Our service fees are listed on the pricing page and are charged in United States dollars unless stated otherwise. Where the Australian Government charges a separate fee, that fee is shown to you before you pay and is payable in addition to our service fee. Payment is processed by a third-party PCI-compliant provider.
6. Refunds
Our refund policy is set out in a separate document and forms part of these terms. Government fees, once paid to the relevant authority, are generally non-refundable regardless of the outcome of your application.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, TravelDoc is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including missed flights, hotel bookings or business opportunities, arising from application refusals, delays, incorrect information you supplied, or events outside our reasonable control. Our total liability is capped at the service fee you paid us for the relevant application.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end your access to the service if you breach these terms, use the service unlawfully, or provide information we reasonably suspect is fraudulent. Where practical we will tell you first and let you download any file we hold for you.
9. Changes to the service
We may update or discontinue features of the service and these terms from time to time. Material changes take effect from the date shown at the top of this page.
10. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where TravelDoc is registered. Any dispute should first be raised with our support team so we can try to resolve it directly.
